What happens if I do not receive the missed call OR confirmation SMS code?

It is possible that the phone number you used was incorrect or did not include the international dialing code for India. In which case please try again.

Alternatively, please check that your device is not in airplane mode and is able to receive missed calls and/or SMS and that you have sufficient mobile connectivity. If the missed call OR SMS has still not arrived, wait a few minutes and try again.

It is also possible that a Do Not Disturb mode may have been set at the service provider level and this may sometimes cause delays or blockages in receiving missed call and/or SMS.

My confirmation SMS arrived, but does not work.

It is possible that your mobile network provider does not support the type of SMS code used by the Verification Service.

In addition, SMS One Time Password codes are valid for a limited period. If you wait too long to enter the code, the code will not be accepted, in which case you will need to try again.
